The Rainbow Water and Fire District is served by a five-member Board of Commissioners, volunteers and residents of the district elected to staggered four-year terms. The Board of Commissioners appoints an additional five volunteer members to serve with the Board as the Budget Committee. The Board annually selects a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer from their members. Elections are held in May during odd-numbered years. Rainbow Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Rainbow Water District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
