The Rainbow Budget Comittee consists of ten members, the five elected members of the Board of Commissioners, plus five additional members appointed to three-year terms. The Board of Commissioners also appoints a Budget Officer each year. Our current appointed members are:

Position 2 James Burrington. Term Expires June 30, 2025.
Position 3 Ian Kimball. Term Expires June 30, 2026.
Position 4 Devin Thompson. Term Expires June 30, 2026.
Position 5 Rob Hallett. Term Expires June 20, 2024.

Rainbow Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
