Rainbow Water (and Fire) District proudly serves excellent quality well water to our retail customers in north and west Springfield, primarily north of Hayden Bridge Road and west of Aspen Street. Indirectly, we supply water for other SUB North System customers, Springfield homes and businesses, through our wholesale contract with the Springfield Utility Board. Eugene-Springfield Fire and Life Safety Department provides district residents with fire protection and emergency services under a separate agreement.

Rainbow Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
