A Springfield native and graduate of Springfield High, Jim has been drinking Rainbow water for 60+ years. Jim is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in civil engineering design, land use planning and storm water management. Jim is semi-retired, doing part-time consulting after 30 years with the City of Eugene Public Works Department, Married to Tamera, he was appointed to the Budget Committee in 2014 and elected to the Board in 2017. Jim is Rainbow’s appointed delegate to the LCOG Board of Directors
Rainbow Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
