The Marcola Water District Board of Commissioners regularly meets on the third Wednesday of every month, beginning at 6:00 pm, at the Mohawk Valley Rural Fire District, 92068 Marcola Road. The Budget Committee, which consists of the Board of Commissioners plus up to five additional appointed members, meets during the months of April and May. The district uses a fiscal year of July 1 to June 30. Financial statements are reviewed annually by an independent auditor.

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Marcola Water District, Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, will be held at the Mohawk Valley Rural Fire District Headquarters 92068 Marcola Road, Marcola, Oregon. The meeting will take place on April 19, 2023 at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
